Hello Friends and would-be Travelers.
  This is the beginning of a journey I have meditated on for the last year. This is my time of life where I am not tied down to any particular situation and am free to wander, visit and experience familiar and unfamiliar places in the world and in my heart. I am considering this blog as my journal, captains log and contact high for those who wish to travel vicariously with me and keep tabs on me. Its a little scarey but the excitement far outweighs any anxious anticipation. Tomorrow I pick up my camper/trailer. That alone is a major crossroad.   Today I got things I have been REMINDED many times that I must have. Taser (1,000,000 volts - that only stuns?), sprayer of mace with dye, locks for my camper and a steering wheel Jack/lock for my vehicle, a small level, outside work gloves and a high powered flashlight.  Thats a good start no?   May my enthusiasm far exceed any doubts that may arise. More tomorrow.
